The finest of green teas, Jasmine Pearls are a time-honoured tradition in Northern China as a welcoming beverage. These pearls are hand made using the youngest tea leaves and buds from the spring harvest and rolled into a pearl, then scented with Jasmine blossoms. This subtly floral green tea is happy to be steeped for longer as the pearls unravel and release their flavour, without the risk of bitterness.
