Oat Milk

Oat milk is quickly becoming the go-to plant milk to pair with coffee.  Not only has it upped the sustainability factor due to the lower water usage in farming oats when compared with almonds and soy beans, but it’s got the flavour profile spot on to pair with coffee.  Slightly sweet, with creaminess and a silky smooth texture when steamed, it’s a coffee lovers dream as it enhances the flavour but still lets the espresso be the hero.
