Payments, Shipping & Returns


We accept payments via PayPal or credit card using the Stripe gateway at checkout. There are no additional surcharges for credit card payments.  


We ship Australia wide via Sendle Courier Service.  Please note shipping costs are weight based, for which the weight can be found on the product page, and differ by location so you will need to enter your state at the cart view for an estimate.  

Sendle shipping rates:  

  • National shipping is flat rate up to 500g at $7.75
  • Victorian shipping is flat rate 500g to 25kgs at $9.95
  • Interstate shipping from 500g to 10kgs is $20.95, up to 25kgs $27.95 

When you place an order, we will calculate shipping cost and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  All products will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.  

For bulk orders exceeding 150kgs, please contact us for a delivery quote.  

In warmer weather please arrange for delivery to an address at which someone will be available to accept goods to avoid being left outside in the heat for an extended period.  In extreme weather conditions we may delay shipping to avoid products being subjected to warm warehouse environments over the weekend, but will notify you upon purchase if this is the case.  

Please note our courier service is unable to ship to PO Boxes, Locked Bags or Parcel Lockers - a physical address must be provided for courier delivery.  For locations outside of the Sendle flat-rate metro delivery zones, we may opt to ship via Australia Post or other courier service.  

Returns Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for change of mind for our food products due to food safety legislation.  Accessories may be returned in their original condition, at purchasers cost for return shipping for a refund of the product purchase price.  

If your item arrives damaged, in an unsatisfactory condition or the quality is below expectations, we will happily arrange for a replacement or refund.  Simply contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the damaged goods with your order number and provide photos so that we can process a refund or replacement for you.
